There are many times you are faced with hardship, when you may think that you can't do a good enough, Well, with good spirit and determination, you can turn that around.

MR.Reginald Mtui

  • Always think that you can overcome the hardship. Keep thinking the positive thoughts and tell yourself that you can decimate your task with ease. You are better than it. You always will be, and you'll only get stronger

Bring out the big picture. Think about what you will be and feel like if you accomplish your goal. Keep trying to think thoughts that will push you towards the finish line, and remember to only think about the good things that will happen. If a negative thought gets into your mind, do your best to turn it around and find the positive again.

  • If you think to yourself that you just can't do something, look for inspiration. A simple way that I look for inspiration is by finding people that have what I want at the moment. It seems to have an effects of envy that makes me want to try harder and be better. The person (or thing) that you choose depends on your want. For example, if you want to work out to the max and get those biceps you've always wanted, you'd want to watch American Gladiators or look up Kratos from God of War.

  • If you're faced with nervousness, do your best to relax and calm yourself.

Take some really deep breaths, stretch, and loosen yourself. Whatever your

doing, you won't look very good with a shaky voice, pale face, or a third trip to the bathroom or water fountain.
